2-way Ball Valves Fire-Safe Type (F100 Series)

Features
  1. Fire-safe type is a ball valve with a structure that can prevent a significant leakage of fluid when sealing parts such as seats and packings are burnt out by fire.
  2. Stem ejection prevention mechanism: This mechanism prevents stem ejection by excessive fluid pressure.
  3. Antistatic mechanism: Prevents static electricity generated by the friction between the ball and the seat from charging the ball seat and stem.
  4. Actuators can be selected according to the application. Manually operated, pneumatically operated, for flow control, and electrically operated are applicable.

NTF

NTF
  1. Our ball valve standard seat made of New-PTFE. This PTFE has heat resistance, chemical resistance, non-adhesive, low-friction, and further improved high-temperature creep ability.
  2. Color: White
  3. Maximum operating temperature: 240°C (varies with operating conditions)
  4. Main applications: cleaning fluid, solvent, viscous fluid, etc.

NCF

NCF
  1. A seat with reinforced PTFE filled with ""carbon fiber"" in PTFE. Excellent wear resistance compared to NTF.
  2. Color: Black
  3. Maximum operating temperature: 240°C (varies with operating conditions)
  4. Main applications: Sludge, fluid containing sludge and slurry, powder, etc.

NGR

NGR
  1. A seat with reinforced PTFE filled with "fiberglass" in PTFE. Wear resistance is equivalent to NCF. It is used for fluids that avoid the black color of NCF.
  2. Color: White
  3. Maximum operating temperature: 240°C (varies with operating conditions)
  4. Main applications: Foods including textiles, etc.

CFM(GRM)

CFM(GRM)
  1. A seat with NCF(NGR) outside of which is reinforced with metallic rings (SUS316L press-molded product).
    Even in case that the valve opening is held at an intermediate position, it prvent from damaging the seats, and the primary seats are hardly caught in the high-temperature region. It is also effective to prevent seat damages, ball deformation, etc. when abnormal pressure rise occurs.
  2. Color: CFM black (resin part)/ GRM white (resin part)
  3. Maximum operating temperature: 240°C (varies with operating conditions)
  4. Main applications: Steam, sludge, fluid containing sludge and slurry, powder, etc.

CFMR(GRMR)

CFMR(GRMR)
  1. A seat inside of CFM(GRM) is further reinforced with metallic rings. The usage range is wider than the CFM(GRM) seat.
  2. Color: CFMR black (resin part)/ GRMR white (resin part)
  3. Maximum operating temperature: 240°C (varies with operating conditions)
  4. Main applications: Steam, sludge, fluid containing sludge and slurry, powder, etc.

CFMO(GRMO)

CFMO(GRMO)
  1. A seat with an O-ring mounted on the back of CFM(GRM) seat. Floating ball type primary side seal is expected.
  2. Color: CFMO black (resin part)/ GRMO white (resin part)
  3. Applicable nominal size: DN40~200
  4. Maximum operating temperature: 150°C (varies with operating conditions)
  5. Major applications: Sludge, fluid containing sludge, etc.

CB

CB
  1. A seat for high-temperature application made by shrink-fitting a SUS316 retainer to the outside of carbon impregnated with a carbon graphite-like special metal. High rigidity allows the valve for intermediate position and flow rate adjustment.
  2. Color: Black
  3. Maximum operating temperature: 450°C (varies with operating conditions)
  4. Major applications: Steam, heat transfer oil, etc.

ST

ST
  1. A seat with its contact surfaces with balls are filled with stellite.
    The balls are made of nickel alloy sprayed on the surface to increase the hardness.
    Also, it has high rigidity, so it can be used for intermediate position and flow rate adjustment.
  2. Maximum operating temperature: 500°C (varies with operating conditions)
  3. Major applications: high temperature fluids, slurry, powder, highly viscous fluids, etc.
