Prevention of harassment or bullying Harassment in the workplace (office bullying) is a socially unacceptable act that unjustly harms the dignity of an individual. It also impedes the effective use of the abilities of employees, impedes the order of the workplace and the performance of duties, and affects social evaluation.
We are committed to establishing this policy based on the belief that it is our responsibility to maintain a sound workplace environment free from harassment or bullying in which we can build good relationships based on mutual trust.
(1)We will create an organization that respects human rights and individuality and accepts the diverse values of individuals. (2)We will not tolerate acts that impair the dignity of individuals, such as discriminatory behavior, harassment, bullying or violence. (3)The harassment or bullying activities that we prohibit include the following. ①Acts of power harassment or bullying. ②Acts of sexual harassment or bullying. ③Harassment or bullying concerning pregnancy, childbirth, childcare, nursing care, etc. ④Harassment to or by customers. ⑤Other acts of harassment or bullying that deteriorate the atmosphere of the workplace or impede the order of the workplace.
This policy covers all persons working for us, including members of director boards and employees (special positions, employees, contract employees, temporary employees, or part-time employees), as well as members of director board and employee of customers and business partners.
We respond to specific incidents by establishing a contact point for reporting harassment or bullying. Neither the informant nor the person who cooperated in confirming the facts shall be treated disadvantageously.
We will take strict measures against harassment or bullying perpetrator, including disciplinary actions, in accordance with the Working Regulations. The company will also take necessary measures to improve the working conditions and work environment of victims.
