【Q1】What kind of valves are handled by NDV?
We manufacture and sell mainly three valve types: Diaphragm Valve, Ball Valve, and Butterfly Valve. In addition, we manufacture products (Sanitary Valves) tailored to the user's applications in accordance with the characteristics of each valve type, and conduct research and development continuously to meet the needs of a wide range of industrial fields.
Diaphragm Valve
- Since the diaphragm is an elastic body, it has excellent sealing performance.
- Since, the diaphragm isolates the fluid from its actuator (there are no glound structures, no leakage from the shaft and no fluid contamination with excellent airtightness.
- Rich lineup of lining and body material. Optimal combination of body & lining material and rubber or PTFE diaphragm are available for wide range of fluid specifications.
- Excellent maintainability becuase simple configuration of actuator, diaphragm & body and its top entry structure makes it possible to replace the diaphragm without removing the body from the piping.
- The streamlined flow path has no pocket (liquid reservoir) and is excellent in cleanability, and is suitable for sanitary applications such as pharmaceuticals.
Ball Valve
- Easy operation by rotating the valve stem by 90 degrees, and good visibility of valve opening and closing.
- Pressure loss at full opening is extremely small because the valve bore matches the pipe bore.
- Wide range of application with 2 way or 3 way valves etc for switching, diverting, and mixing of fluids.
- It can be used at higher temperature and pressure.
- Easy to automatize.
Butterfly Valve
- Easy operation by rotating the valve stem by 90 degrees, and good visibility of valve opening and closing position.
- Since small face-to-face and height dimensions, lightweight, and compact, valve with large diameter is available.
- Excellent flow control.
- PFA lining body , powder & granules discharging type are available.
- Easy to automatize.
