Feature

1) NDV's general-purpose standard ball valve.
2) Fire Safe type: In the case sealing parts such as the seats or packings are destroyed by a fire etc., it can prevent considerable leakage of fluids.
3) Stem Guard Mechanism: Can prevent stems from blowing out due to excessive fluid pressure.
4) Antistatic Mechanism: Can prevent the build up of static electricity within the valve due to the friction between the ball and seat.
5) The standard seat is made of NEW PTFE. Other seats are made from various enhanced materials or have reinforced inner/outer bores. NDV has a selection of seat materials to meet your requirements.
6) Choose an actuator that meets your requirements. Applies to manually operated, pneumatically operated, flow controlling, and electrically operated types.

Feature

1) Jacketed ball valves are valves built with a jacket that forms a second layer covering the body. The purpose of this jacket is to supply hot water or steam through it to heat up the fluid in the valve body (also used for cooling purposes). Applies mainly to fluids that coagulate at room temperature.
2) The extended gland type mainly applies to cases where insulation material is attached to the piping. Because the stem is extended, it is easy to work with and to tighten up the gland packing.
3) Choose an actuator that meets your requirements. Applies to manually operated, pneumatically operated, and electrically operated types.

Feature

1) The V-shaped cut opening of the hemispherical ball makes smooth operation by cutting fibers and solid bodies and also excellent fluid control capabilities.
2) This valve has seat at only inlet side to minimize the jamming of solids.
3) Choose an actuator that meets your requirements. Applies to manually operated, pneumatically operated, flow controlling, and electrically operated types.

usage
Paper mill factories (pulp fluids etc.), slurries (iron oxide, muddy water, lime milk etc.), powders (fly ash and resin pellets such as nylon ), and highly viscous fluid lines.

Feature

1) The Valve has 3 dirction flow path, used for switchover, distribution, and mixing. It has cost merit and space saving compared with using many 2-way ball valves.
2) The L-port type, for the switchover of fluids, and the T-port type, for switching distribution and mixing of fluids are also available.
3) Choose an actuator that meets your requirements. Applies to manually operated, pneumatically operated, and electrically operated types.

Feature

1) Compared with the 90 degree angle of general 3-way ball valves, the Y-shaped 3-way ball valve has a wide angle of 135 degrees. It is useable for fluid of low fluidity such as powers or slurries, pipe cleaning pigs, and passing spheres.
2) There are two types of flanges, the straight type or curved type with a 22.5 degree. Combine these two flanges at the three ports for any one of a possible 54 piping patterns for best solution for your purpose.
3) Choose an actuator that meets your requirements. Applies to manually operated, pneumatically operated, and electrically operated types.

Feature

NDV takes orders for large bore or high pressure ball valves. We also extensively offer step operation which allows certain amounts of fluids to pass in a 2 staged open/close type, hydraulically operated valves for shield machine, and top entry types developed for nuclear power plants.
